Kilimanjaro

My first summit above 14,000' and one of my greatest journeys yet. Read more about my climb to the roof of Africa, setting foot atop Kilimanjaro.  The people, the place and the entire trip were a wonderful cap to a big year of traveling.

The Laugavegur Trail

Crossing the volcanic island.  We spent 5 days hiking the Laugavegur trail and more time exploring the Golden Circle and the capital of Reykjavik, it was an amazing trip to a wonderful country.  Read more about our time on the icy island.

The Na Pali Coast

I needed a break from life and work.  One idea led to another and before I knew it I booked plane tickets to Kauai.  Traveling to Hawaii during COVID was a weird experience but it gave me time to reflect. Read more about my journey to the garden island.
